Steve Miller has been making work at the intersection of art and science for the past 35 years, exhibiting nationally and internationally. In the 1980s, Miller was among the earliest artists to experiment with computer-generated imagery. Today he collaborates with scientists in fields of molecular biology, environmental science, quantum mechanics and Big Data. His line of surf fashion is sold through Osklen of Brazil and North America and his surfboard company is located in Sagaponack. He has had 40 solo exhibitions at major institutions in the US, China, France, and Germany. His exhibitions have been reviewed in Le Monde, The New York Times, The Boston Globe, ArtForum, ARTnews, and Art in America.
